conjunction with the client's counsel.
APA sponsors Standardized Prototype plans
which allow for cost efficient design without
IRS users fees. Also, APA sponsors Nonstandardized
Prototype Plans and Volume Submitter Plans which
may include reduced IRS user fees.
APA's implementation services include:

coordination of the trust agreement and other
documents with your attorney and accountant.

Preparation of the request for an IRS letter
of determination, if necessary

Preparing Summary Plan Descriptions for plan
participants and the Department of Labor

provider of a platform of funds for a daily
valued plan, or a balance forward plan.
